Crew Member OR Shift Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment to work during the day between the hours of 7AM - 2PM. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food items served.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Experience with customer service roles that emphasize positive guest interactions.
