About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Baskin Robbins! You’ll play a key role in creating a fun and positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a smile
• Upsell products and promotions to increase sales
• Professionally handle and de-escalate customer complaints
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Assist with restocking, prepping, and general store duties

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable upselling and resolving customer concerns
• Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Must be at least 18+

Being a team member for Baskin Robbins is a very exciting and challenging job. Among the key responsibility is to ensure that every guest is satisfied and pleased with their experience. Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams. Team members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.
