About the Role:

Whether you’re greeting guests at the counter, assembling orders, or cooking on the line, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining quality, speed, and cleanliness. This is a hands-on position where teamwork, dependability, and energy make all the difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to company standards.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas front, back, and drive-thru.
- Stock supplies and complete opening or closing tasks.
- Always follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support teammates to keep service quick, accurate, and friendly.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:
- At least 16 years of age (18+ preferred).
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.
- Florida ServSafe certification a plus.
