Bred Hot Chicken isn't just another bird shop—we’re a family-owned, locally-operated Orange County staple on a mission to bring "All the Flavor!!" to the masses. Since 2017, we've been honing our craft at concerts and events from SF to Vegas, and now we’re expanding our roots to our Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano locations.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for high-energy Prep and Line Cooks who have a passion and a drive to lead as we scale up. If you’ve got the hustle and the heart, we’ve got a spot for you by the fryer.

Experienced: You have proven experience in high-volume kitchens. Prep experience is a must.

Reliable: You show up on time, looking sharp in your black shirt/pants and non-slip shoes.

Detail-Oriented: You understand that "Presentation is Everything"—from the way a sandwich is wrapped to the diagonal layout of the food paper.

Team Player: You jump in where help is needed, speak up with respect, and leave the drama at the door.

Salary: $17.0 - $22.0 / Hourly with tips
