The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. to find qualified candidates for a Crew Member position in Staten Island, NY. Position Overview:The Crew Member works across multiple stations in the restaurant, including Tortilla, Salsa, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Take-Out. This role is responsible for preparing food, interacting directly with customers, and ensuring meals are made to Chipotle standards. Crew Members help maintain a smooth and efficient operation while providing a positive guest experience. The position requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed during a shift.
This position is located in Staten Island, NY, 10309.
- Minimum of 6 months of food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
