Position Overview:

The Crew Member is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking and preparing orders, handling payments, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment, and supporting daily operations. Crew Members work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, follow food-safety and company standards, and help ensure every guest has a positive experience.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, New York. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Restock food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of recent food service experience.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and POS/register operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
