We are looking primarily for front-of-house help. No experience necessary. Customer interaction is a big part of the job, but we will make shakes, blizzards, and ice cream cones. It is messy! But we try to keep the environment as laid back and chill as we possibly can. When people ask me how it feels to work here, I tend to tell them that this job feels a lot like working at a diner; you're always helping someone, cleaning something, or just getting prepped.
Shifts are pretty flexible, but our biggest need at the moment is evening help. Pay is variable based on experience, but we pay better than any "fast food" job in the area and we're willing to prove it! A good health insurance plan is available for any full-time employee after 90 days on the job. A management position is available for the right candidate.
