Primary Job Duties:

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:

· Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants

· Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats

· Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities

· Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes

· Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations

Minimum Requirements:

· Desktop PC/Computer experience

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment

· People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)

· Provide a 12-month commitment to the position

· We are hiring for a class that begins on Sept 21st, 2026

· Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time

· This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
