    Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced criminal law attorney to join their team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner in Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services and is looking for a highly skilled attorney to uphold their tradition of excellence.Duties Represent clients in criminal law matters, including domestic violence, assault, and drug charges.Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and provide regular client updates.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for seamless case management.Participate in business development, including networking events.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.2-10 years of experience practicing family law.Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.Strong negotiation and mediation abilities.Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in business development is a plus.Education J.D. from an accredited law school.Certifications Active member in good standing with a state bar association.Skills Analytical, research, and writing proficiency.Negotiation and mediation expertise.Interpersonal and communication skills.Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collegial work environment valuing teamwork and diversity.Potential for partnership track based on qualifications and performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
