The Crisis Support Counselor provides crisis and connective services to youth and families who are experiencing significant psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems that are interfering with their well-being in spaces including but not limited to client homes, hospitals, community spaces, etc. This position will coordinate and implement treatment goals and service delivery for assigned clients, meeting with clients and caregivers on a regular basis. As a Crisis Counselor, you will work alongside a treatment team to help deliver services.

Education/experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in counseling or social sciences + 5 years' supervised experience, OR
Master's degree in in counseling or social sciences
Ability to effectively work with a diverse population and workforce.
Strong organizational, time management, and writing skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
Own vehicle and current automobile insurance.
Schedule
Full-time, On-site
40 hour work week, Sun - Sat
10 hour shifts per week OR
8 hour shifts per week
On-call, scheduled ahead of time with supervisor
