Job Responsibilities
- Community-based crisis services to 0-21 aged youth in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties.
- Responsibility for the in-home stabilization of emotional and behavioral crises, prevention of crisis development, support in transitions of life/placement for children, and short-term case management.
- Interface with community partners and providers across the tri-county to provide wraparound services to youth/family.

Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related social sciences field.
- Valid Driver’s License required with approved motor vehicle abstract.
