The Crisis Mental Health Specialists primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings using wraparound principles that are family centered, individualized, strengths based, and outcome focused. The program's goal is to help children and families with complex and enduring needs receive intensive treatment in the least restrictive environment that is appropriate. The Crisis Mental Health Specialist's role is to provide assessment of the client and family's needs and lead the team in providing treatment to support the family toward meeting their goals.

Required
MHRS Certification
Bachelor's degree + 4 years' experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting.
At least 21 years of age.
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
Own vehicle, Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.

Travel throughout all of Contra Costa County on a potential daily basis
Benefits
Starting at $34.00 - $36.50 per hour.
Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications.
