About the Role
Under general direction, this role is responsible for the programs, administration, development, maintenance, and coordination of residential services.
This is a mission-driven leadership opportunity for an experienced human services professional who brings both clinical knowledge and supervisory strength to a team-centered environment.
What You Will Bring
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience
A Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field; or
A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families; and/or
A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience; or
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Drivers License, with an appropriate driving record and insurance coverage at all times, in accordance with agency policy and/or insurance carrier requirements
Successful completion of all required pre-hire testing
Proof of current TB test upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (PC) - the LCSW credential is among the most frequently cited qualifications in Healthcare Social Worker and Mental/Behavioral Health Counselor postings nationally
Five (5) or more years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families
Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or residential services setting
