    About the Role

    Under general direction, this role is responsible for the programs, administration, development, maintenance, and coordination of residential services.

    This is a mission-driven leadership opportunity for an experienced human services professional who brings both clinical knowledge and supervisory strength to a team-centered environment.

    What You Will Bring

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education, Training, and Experience

    • A Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field; or

    • A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families; and/or

    • A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience; or

    • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

    Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

    • Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Drivers License, with an appropriate driving record and insurance coverage at all times, in accordance with agency policy and/or insurance carrier requirements

    • Successful completion of all required pre-hire testing

    • Proof of current TB test upon hire

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

    • Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (PC) - the LCSW credential is among the most frequently cited qualifications in Healthcare Social Worker and Mental/Behavioral Health Counselor postings nationally

    • Five (5) or more years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families

    • Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or residential services setting
