Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to RN licensure.

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of ER and Swing bed experience.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work multiple shifts, including days and nights, as schedule demands.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
