Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2160 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - ECU Health (Vidant Health) and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - ECU Health (Vidant Health).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.

Floating Requirements: Float between ECU Medical Center, Beaufort, and Edgecombe. Float assignment location is emailed the day of shift at around 0400 or 1640. May float to all inpatient units of skill level and below: ICU 1:2; Intermediate 1:4-5; General 1:5-7, possibly 1:5-8 in the community hospitals.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
