Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Prior floating experience is required (float pool shifts, other facilities, and/or floating to other floors/units).
Preferred Skills/Experience: High-acuity ICU experience preferred.

Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Assignments are 1-2 patients depending on acuity; 1-3 assignments may occur when acuity is lower and/or patients have transfer orders. Patients include medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac populations. RNs titrate drips, including Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam, and CIS. Ventilators, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP are used. Philips monitors are used, and RNs read telemetry strips.
Shift & Scheduling: 3 weekend shifts per schedule. Holiday coverage is required. Self-scheduling is allowed. No call.
Floating Requirements: Float pool assignments include Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry, and Progressive Care.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
