Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Prior floating experience is required (float pool shifts, other facilities, and/or floating to other floors/units).
Preferred Skills/Experience: High-acuity experience preferred. Night shift candidates: Experience with CRRT, Impella, ECMO, and IABP would be helpful; clinicians with these device experiences will likely have PA catheter experience, but they do not need experience with all of these devices.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as current/previous employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Assignments are 1-2 depending on acuity; lower-acuity assignments and/or assignments with transfer orders may have 1-3 patients. Patients include medical, surgical, neurological, and cardiac populations. RNs titrate drips. Common titratable or set-rate drips include Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam, and CIS. Respiratory equipment includes ventilators, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP. The unit uses Philips monitors, and RNs read strips.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is allowed. The weekend requirement is 3 weekend shifts per schedule. Holiday requirements apply. No call.
Floating Requirements: The float pool includes Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry, and Progressive Care.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
