Job Summary:

 
ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an Intensivist Medical Director to lead the ICU team at HCA Florida Lake City in Lake City, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Leadership experience preferred for Medical Director Position
  • Maintain Board Certification in critical care (all tracks will be considered)
  • Ability to work Full Time, 15 shifts per month
  • 12-hour day shifts with night call from home
  • Manage MSICU and PCU, 22 beds total
  • 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 APP autonomous at night with MD on call for backup support
  • Lead Quality improvement initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary hospital initiatives
  • Provide peer support to Intensivist Team members to establish and achieve programmatic goals
  • Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
  • Available Early 2027
