Client Name & Location: Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis, Memphis, TN
Hospital Details:
- Hospital Bed Size: 706
- Trauma Level: Level II
Dates & Required Availability: Min. of 5-7 shifts per month
Shift & Call Details: 7am-7pm in the unit, 7pm-7am on call from home (Physicians are not required to return to provide care, medical ICU physicians are available for hands-on response, Neurocritical attendings admit during the day service, Medical ICU admits overnight
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days, can possibly grant temp privs
Job Details:
- Setting: Inpatient
- Patient Volume: 12 bed Neuro ICU
- Required Procedures: Case mix including stroke, ICH, SAH, TBI, SE, and post-operative neurosurgical care. Equipped with advanced monitoring and technology, including continuous EEG, automated pupillometry and rapid EEG (Ceribell)
- APP Support/Supervision: 4 dedicated NP’s
- EMR: Epic
- Client Requirements: BC/BE Fellowship trained Neurocritical Care
- Travel Accommodations: All travel covered by client
- Open/Closed ICU:
- Breakdown of ICU Units- ICU Names, Bed Size and Average Census
- For CC job, will client accept a C subspecialty
- Pay Rate:
- Bill Rate: (Range Quoted/Previous Client Rates) $390-$450 per hour, $550-$750 for night call
- Rate Restrictions:
- Name Clear Process: Name clear to Madison
- Sub Process: Presentation to Madison
