Were adding a Critical Care Nocturnist APP to our team at Peterson Regional Medical Center in Kerrville, Texas.

Practice Highlights:

• This position is open to new grads and experienced APPs
• May qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program through USACS partnership eligibility
• Dedicated nocturnist APP role

What your practice will look like:

Youll work overnight alongside an experienced critical care team in a supportive ICU environment focused on efficient workflows, collaboration, and quality patient care. USACS structures care teams to ensure APPs are supported clinically and operationally, with leadership that understands the day-to-day realities of acute care practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $33,000 ownership opportunity for full-time APPs after 3 years

Requirements:
