Hourly Rate: $97.48

What You’ll Do
Support ICU staff as a responding clinician in a busy teaching hospital ICU
Collaborate with attending physicians and supervising APPs
Perform daily rounding and patient assessments on adult patients
Respond to critical patient needs with independence, under supervision
Respond to bread-and-butter ICU cases, including 1-2 burn patients
Manage patient care in a fast-paced adult ICU setting
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
Predominantly work nights and weekends, with some daytime coverage
What You Need Required:
Board certification in Acute Care with ICU experience
Massachusetts license (PAs may be considered with approval)
ACLS and BLS certifications
DEA license
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Ability to work independently with some supervision
Preferred:
Local candidates who can stay in town
Ability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
