Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $97.48

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with attending physicians and a team of APPs to provide high-quality ICU care
Round with the attending in the morning and complete patient assessments
Respond as a clinician to urgent patient needs during shifts
Manage adult ICU patients, including 1-2 burn cases
Document care using Epic EMR software
Support a team that focuses on bread-and-butter ICU and Med Surg duties
Maintain critical care standards without performing invasive procedures
What You Need
Active Massachusetts medical license; PAs must have application initiated (3–5 week licensing process)
Board-certified in Acute Care with ICU experience (minimum 2 years)
Valid ACLS, BLS, and DEA licensure
Ability to work independently within supervision guidelines
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
