What You’ll Do:

• Provide ICU-level advanced practice care responding to clinical needs
• Collaborate with attending physicians and supervising MDs
• Round with the team and complete patient assessments in adult ICU patients
• Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions, including burn patients
• Engage in patient care planning and documentation via Epic EMR
• Perform bread-and-butter ICU tasks—no advanced procedures required
• Support staff as part of a team working primarily nights and weekends

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Acute Care with ICU experience (2+ years)
• Massachusetts license or PA license (if applicable and approved)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• DEA license preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

About the Assignment:
This role is based in a teaching hospital ICU with approximately 7 adult patients daily and 10 beds. The APP will support a team of four APPs, working closely with supervising MDs during day and night shifts.
