What Youll Do:
Provide specialized critical care support in the ICU for adult patients
Collaborate with a team of four APPs and supervision from MDs during day and night shifts
Respond to clinical needs, ensuring high-quality patient management without procedures
Complete rounds with the attending physician and manage patient care tasks
Respond clinically to patient needs during assigned shifts
Maintain compliance with facility protocols and documentation standards in Epic EMR
Contribute to a team committed to clinical excellence and patient safety
What You Need:
Required:
Current Massachusetts license (or eligible for PAs; licenses typically take 35 weeks)
Board Certification in Acute Care with ICU experience
2+ years in critical care settings
ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
Preferred:
Local candidates preferred due to no travel requirement
Experience with adult ICU care in teaching hospital environments
