Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Rate: $127.30
- Pay Package: Pay package discussed upon application

What Youll Do:- Manage admissions and consults within the ICU setting
- Perform procedures such as central lines and arterial lines (preferred but not mandatory)
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care
- Utilize Cerner EMR to document and coordinate patient treatment plans
- Provide critical care expertise in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support hospital policies and protocols for quality patient outcomes
What You Need:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in West Virginia or IMLC
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum of 2 years ICU or critical care experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a high-stakes environment
