UC Health is hiring a Full time, night shift (7a-7p) Critical Care Paramedic for our Mobile Care team!
The role of a Critical Care Paramedic (CCP) for Air Care & Mobile Care (ACMC) builds upon the skills and knowledge base of the advanced life support (ALS) transport Paramedic and acquires a broad and complex field of knowledge and skill that will commensurate with that of a CCP as recognized by the International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC) Under the supervision of the Medical Director and in collaboration with a Critical Care RN the CCP will provide safe, quality patient care specific to all age groups served. The CCP will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the appropriate level of patient care according to the applicable state(s) scope of paramedic practice as well as organizational and departmental policies and procedures. In addition, the ACMC CCP is expected to maintain all performance standards of a CCP as outlined by the relevant IBSC and the Commission on Accreditation for Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS).
