Position Summary:
The Paramedic – Interfacility Transport delivers advanced and critical care during interfacility transports for high-acuity patients, from initial contact through handoff at the accepting facility. Working within the State of Montana scope of practice and Bozeman Health Emergency Services protocols, the Paramedic partners with the Transport Registered Nurse to assess, treat, and monitor patients while maintaining a safe transport environment. The role ensures clear communication with dispatch and care teams, complete and accurate documentation, and consistent readiness of transport equipment and the ambulance.
