Hourly: $25-$29
- Use exceptional customer service skills to view part request from customer and complete quoting, purchase, and allocation of spare parts
- Work with internal planning team to receive updates regarding status of overdue parts/orders
- Manage Excel reports including the Critical Parts and Consolidated Critical Parts files
- Create credit and debit Memo`s when appropriate/authorized.
- Respond to any additional customer spare parts requests including RMA's, order status requests and expedites when appropriate
Experience/Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred
