CRM Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate CRM Analyst to join their growing Commercial Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technology, data, and business operations to create a seamless experience for Sales and Customer Service teams. In this role, you'll be hands-on with CRM platforms, playing a key part in keeping systems running smoothly, supporting users, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities 

• Provide tier 1 support for CRM-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues and responding to user requests in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage the CRM support queue, ensuring proper prioritization, resolution, and clear documentation
• Collaborate with internal CRM team members to escalate and resolve more complex system issues
• Perform day-to-day system administration tasks, including user setup, workflow support, and configuration updates
• Support ongoing data integrity initiatives, including data entry, validation, and cleanup activities
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across CRM processes and system usage
• Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
