Job Description
The CRM Analyst is part of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) unit in the Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) at Vanderbilt University and is a key individual contributor responsible for optimizing Slate CRM to support admissions, recruiting, marketing and partners across the school. This role focuses on designing, building, and refining Slate Deliver campaigns, event structures, and Scheduler configurations to enhance recruitment, yield, and engagement outcomes. The CRM Analyst leverages Slate expertise to lead implementations, troubleshoot complex configurations, and guide teams in maximizing their use of Slate's communication, event, and scheduling capabilities. This position requires a blend of technical skills and client-facing communication excellence. The CRM Analyst reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Operations and Systems.

The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Division is a dedicated unit within the Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) focused on optimizing the recruitment, selection, aiding, onboarding, and enrollment of students throughout their academic journey. The SEM Division employs data-driven strategies that align enrollment practices with OGSM's reputational ambitions, revenue goals, and academic mission.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Relationships
This role does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities for either full-time or part-time staff members. This role reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Operations and Systems.
