Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Analytics Lead to own the analytics strategy across our customer relationship management ecosystem. You will translate raw CRM data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value — collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to shape decisions at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end CRM analytics — from pipeline health and funnel conversion to churn prediction and customer segmentation.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Lead the development of predictive models for lead scoring, propensity to buy, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Partner with RevOps and marketing to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, sales productivity, and customer engagement trends.
  • Identify data quality issues in the CRM and collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts; review their deliverables and build team capability over time.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Stay current with CRM technology trends and recommend enhancements to the analytics stack.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in analytics, with at least 3 years focused on CRM or revenue analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable enterprise CRM.
  • Expertise in BI tools — Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proven track record building predictive models (churn, propensity, CLV).
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing attribution, and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Nice To Have
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) or similar native analytics certification.
