CRM Data Specialist

Job Description

Your role:

  • Supporting the Sr. CRM Data Specialist in leading client presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions that clearly communicate complex medical device solutions and addressing customer-specific needs. Providing support during high-visibility meetings, ensuring clients receive accurate information and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
  • Leveraging industry and product expertise to influence decision-making, solve complex business challenges, and support organizational goals.
  • Partnering with the Sr. CRM Data Specialist in managing and optimizing CRM systems, customer data, sales reporting, and documentation to ensure data integrity and actionable business insights. Using analytics and reporting to support strategic planning, improve operational efficiency, and inform key business decisions.
  • Acting as a cross-functional partner, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and peers to drive collaboration and project success. Exercising independent judgment and broad expertise to influence outcomes, lead initiatives, and navigate issues of significant business impact.
  • Troubleshooting sales tools and processes and identifying opportunities to implement new support activities that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall sales performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 1 or more years of experience in data analytics, with the ability to extract, analyze, interpret, and merge large datasets across multiple systems or platforms.

  • Your skills include:

  • Proficiency in Excel with a demonstrated ability to perform advanced formulas & functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables & data analysis, and data automation & workflow efficiency (macros/tools like Power Query).

  • An understanding of SAP (or similar ERP system) and Salesforce (or similar CRM).

  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau - preferred.

  • You have a bachelors or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar, or 4+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You're a strong communicator and team player.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in PA is $61,000 to $97,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.
