CRM Integration Architect III - Madison, WI - Contract C2C - $57-67 Per HR
We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in customer relationship management systems and integration strategies. This hybrid/remote contract role involves leading architecture and integration projects, focusing on cloud-based solutions and customer engagement technologies. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable enterprise architectures across various cloud solutions.
- Lead API-led connectivity initiatives and data exchange strategies.
- Design and optimize contact center solutions integrated with customer service platforms.
- Develop automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Provide architectural oversight for deployment governance and environment management.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in platform architecture and development.
- Strong experience with integration patterns and security models.
- Hands-on experience with API platforms, RAML, and data orchestration.
- Experience integrating contact center solutions with customer engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
