Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate CRM workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
Develop and execute ongoing testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and communications.
Partner with BI and Insights teams to analyze and report on campaign results.
Maintain visibility of current and upcoming lifecycles and campaigns across relevant stakeholders.
Support Casino and Sports Retention teams with the implementation of new technologies, processes, and testing methodologies.
Collaborate with Retention and cross-functional teams to continuously improve CRM tools and processes.
