ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role is built for a CRM expert who lives and breathes lead lifecycle management. You will be responsible for building the bridge between marketing curiosity and sales conversion by leveraging Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to create sophisticated, automated customer journeys.
The ideal candidate doesnt just "send emails", they build ecosystems for long-term impact. You will define how we identify high-value prospects, how we nurture them through the funnel, and how we measure success at every touchpoint.

Education: Bachelors degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
Required Work Experience:
Required Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud is required. Experience with automation platforms like Zapier is a plus. Certification (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant) is a major plus.
Travel Requirements: 25-40%
