Hill's is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager to join our Integrated Brand Experience team! You will report to the Director, CRM, and & CX. You will be leading strategy for and overseeing execution of a large volume of data-driven CRM marketing initiatives supporting various teams across the US business. Your priorities will be quality customer acquisition and first party data utilization across email and other channels to drive CRM program growth, along with developing strategies that directly align to key business objectives.


Responsibilities:


+ Own the strategy and vision for the CRM program to drive business objectives

+ Work with other media channels to develop an holistic consumer journey and engagement plan

+ Develop and oversee technical execution of data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, email lifecycle journeys, behavior-based email triggers, cross-channel personalization, and data utilization in media

+ Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and POs aligned with the CRM program budget

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders across brand, marketing, digital product, and global teams

+ Provide strategic support and thought leadership to the broader CRM team on campaign strategy, data operations, analytics & insights

+ Ensure CRM program adheres to data privacy laws, CAN-SPAM compliance, and database marketing best practices

+ Manage workload and prioritization for business partners contracted to perform work for the CRM team


Required Qualifications:


+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

+ At least 5 years digital marketing, CRM, and/or email marketing experience

+ Experience with an enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP)

+ Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)


Preferred Qualifications:


+ Experience leveraging data to create digital marketing strategies, especially for customer acquisition and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns

+ Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud

+ Familiarity with US privacy laws, CAN-SPAM regulations, and data collection best practices

+ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with team members and stakeholders

+ Strong project management, organizational and communication skills

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Experience in holistic media planning 2+ years


Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD


Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.


Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
