CRM Project ManagerLead and oversee projects in a wide range of Business Development focused areas. Collaborate with members of various departments, location offices, departments, and users to assist with CRM focused projects. Assists with project governance, creating and maintaining metrics for the project. Interface and maintain effective communication with Senior Management on all project activities. Solid understanding and improvements to standard business processes including Change Management, Work Prioritization, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Financial lifecycle processes and Continuous Improvement best practices. Lead and oversee CRM Implementation projects throughout the entire Project Lifecycle, utilizing process templates and guidelines to achieve project success.Ability to act as Lead Project Manager on CRM projects. Ability to lead projects utilizing the full Project Management lifecycle. Ability to present to Senior Leadership on Project progress, risks and issues. Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related discipline preferred. Experience working at a law firm required. Project Management certification preferred. 5 or more years required of combined Project Management Experience, specifically with CRM tool implementation experience.Competitive hourly pay ranging from $65 to $75 per hour.
