Kennedys is looking for a CRM Systems & Digital Specialist to join our global CRM Systems & Data team within Business Development, based in the US. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across our global BD, IT Applications and Training teams, to support the ongoing development of our CRM system (InterAction), improve data quality and support digital marketing activity and drive user adoption across the firm.

Team

Kennedys' Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) is over 70-strong and focusses on promoting Kennedys' services and supports the Firm's global growth ambition and our key clients and markets. There are four distinct functions: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing & Communications and Marketing Technology & Data, where this role sits. These functions support the BD&M community across five regions - APAC, EMEA, LATAM, UK and US. Our global team members are located across the UK, Dubai, Dublin, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Sydney and the US.

The CRM Systems & Data sub-team is responsible for the management and development of the firm's global client relationship management system (CRM), InterAction. We support the business in strengthening client engagement through accurate data, streamlined processes and tools that enhance business development and marketing activity. The team work closely with colleagues across BD, Marketing, IT, Learning & Development and fee-earning teams globally to deliver consistent and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, review and maintain targeted mailing lists in InterAction to support marketing campaigns, client communications and BD activity
  • Deliver high-quality data management including the processing of Data Change Management tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the firms' standards and data protection regulations across all regions
  • Support the ongoing development of the firm's CRM system and related marketing technologies, including data preparation, testing, configuration support and gathering business requirements
  • Support CRM-led marketing activity through audience segmentation, campaign preparation and reporting
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance CRM efficiency, data quality and user experience
  • Support user adoption by providing guidance, documentation and training across global offices
  • Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across website, email and social channels, including publishing web content, building and scheduling email campaigns, coordinating social posts, and ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand standards
  • Maintain high-quality digital content and data across platforms, working with Marketing, BD and Content teams to ensure website pages, mailing lists, campaign assets and social advocacy materials are accurate, client-focused, compliant and up to date
  • Use CRM, email, web and social performance data to support campaign optimisation, tracking engagement metrics and sharing practical insights to improve future activity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support digital delivery, platform improvements and effective use of digital channels

Required Experience

  • Experience working with a CRM system (InterAction preferred, Salesforce or Dynamics beneficial)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and e-marketing tools is desirable
  • Experience supporting CRM marketing activity, including building mailing lists, segmentation and campaign data preparation
  • Strong data management skills, with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of data quality best practice
  • Confident communicator, able to support non-technical users across multiple regions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completion of projects
  • Experience supporting CRM projects, system enhancements or business change initiatives is desirable
  • Previous experience in professional services, legal or similar environment

The annualized salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000. However, this is contingent upon level of experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
