Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in customization, configuration, and integrations. The role involves leading technical design discussions, working directly with clients, and guiding the technical team to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical design, integration, and solution architecture
Work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Perform complex customizations, configurations, and integrations in Dynamics 365
Provide technical leadership, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, and optimization
Ensure coding best practices and adherence to development methodologies
Address technical queries and guide the development team

Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module)
Hands-on experience with Plugins, Workflows, .NET, JavaScript, Portals
Proven experience in solution design, performance, and scalability
Excellent client-facing and technical leadership skills
Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 coding best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have
Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations
