Responsibilities
Work through daily call lists of warm leads, quote requests, referrals, cross-sell targets, and reactivation lists
Transfer live leads. Brief the producer in 15 seconds, then hand off the call while the prospect is hot.
Set appointments.
Work the follow-up list. No-answers, voicemails, missed connections.
Log everything in the CRM.
A great phone voice
High energy and a competitive streak.
Ability to follow a script when it works, and go off-script when it doesn't.
Strong objection-handling instincts
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, on-time, and ready to start your day.
