Monday through Friday schedule, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call required
General anesthesia cases including spines, ventilation, and arterial line placement
Primarily ortho, spines, gynecology, eyes, plastics, and general OR cases
Out of OR cases may include GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage
Patient volume of 30+ cases per day inclusive of out of OR cases
Medical directed ACT model with a 4:1 ratio
Patient population ages 12 and older (approximately 95% adults, 5% pediatrics)
Required procedures include general anesthesia, spine, ventilator management, evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues, and arterial line placements
EMR system: Epic
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Board certification required (NBCRNA)
Active SC license required
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (all certifications must be through AHA)
Clean background required, no exceptions

This is a small community hospital featuring 7 operating rooms and one endoscopy suite, inclusive of an on-campus outpatient surgery center. The facility provides a broad range of surgical services with a high daily case volume and operates under a medical directed anesthesia care team model.
