Job Details:

• Float between two facilities located approximately 20 minutes apart
• 
  
• Full-time availability strongly preferred; minimum 2 weeks per month will be considered
• 
  
• Weekend and PM call required and rotated among all providers
• 
  
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday elective cases; Fridays emergent cases only (e.g., C-sections)
• 
  
• Shift hours: 8 or 10 hours Monday through Thursday; Weekend Call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) and PM Call (3:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
• 
  
• All call is beeper call with a required 30-minute response time; sleep rooms available on-site if needed
• 
  
• Unsupervised care model required; must be comfortable working independently
• 
  
• Strong OB experience required; VBAC/TOLAC experience required
• 
  
• Special procedures include: VBAC/TOLAC, TAP blocks, epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• 
  
• Patient population includes adults and pediatrics
• 
  
• Skills required: Pediatrics, ENT
• 
  
• Charting system: Epic
• 
  
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• 
  
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience required
• 
  
• Ongoing contract
