Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia services at outpatient surgery center
- Scheduled coverage dates: August 24-27, September 8-11, and September 21-25
- Work schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position
- Coverage needed due to employed CRNA on maternity leave and resignation
- Must hold current Nebraska CRNA license
- Board certification through NBCRNA required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Clean malpractice record highly preferred
- Must be available at time of name clearance
- Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of presentation
