Provide independent anesthesia coverage at an Endoscopy Center supporting the department during a period of short staffing
Work independently in a dedicated endoscopy setting providing MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) anesthesia
Manage 10-16 cases per day with an 8-hour guarantee from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Part-time or full-time coverage available with a minimum of 3+ days per week
Long-term ongoing need with no call responsibilities and no weekend requirements
No trauma designation and no pain management cases
Patient age demographic includes adult and geriatric populations
Procedures required include endoscopy cases, EGD with biopsies, colonoscopy with biopsies, combined EGD/colonoscopy, and CRNA solo cases
Documentation system/EMR: EPIC
Board Certification in AANA required
Active Michigan State Medical License required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
Copy of NPDB self-query required at presentation (pulled within 30 days)
