Full-time schedule, 4x10 shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
Must be available 4 weeks per month
Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
Practice setting is a hospital-based Level 1 Trauma Center
CRNAs are medically directed, typically at a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio with Anesthesiologists
Support staff includes CRNAs, Anesthesia Technicians, and Anesthesiologists
Coverage areas include Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurology (no cardiac or OB)
Patient population spans all age groups excluding Neonatal (includes Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics)
Daily patient volume ranges from 1 to 9 patients per day
Required skills include intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and general line placement
All providers will be required to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)
EMR system is EPIC; EPIC experience preferred
Board Certification through NBCRNA required
Active Kentucky state license required; open to licensing assistance
Minimum of 1 year of experience required; new graduates will not be considered
Recent experience in a large medical center setting required
