Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia services in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
- Work 4x10 hour shifts weekly from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 30-minute lunch break
- Must be available 4 weeks per month for full-time schedule
- Contract length of 26 weeks with options to extend
- Work under medical direction of anesthesiologists in typical 2:1 or 3:1 ratio
- Cover Orthopedic, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurological cases (no cardiac procedures)
- Treat patients of all age spans excluding neonatal population
- Handle 1-9 patients daily depending on case complexity
- Required to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) procedures
- Perform intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and general line placement
- Block procedures not typically required, no obstetric cases
- Must have minimum 1 year experience with recent large medical center experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Board certification through NBCRNA required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
