Full-time coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week
Two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignment
Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM
Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12 hours) and weeknights (8 hours) - not required
Occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends available but not required
Supervised practice model within a tertiary care hospital setting
Care Team Model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply management
Patient population ages 12 and older
EMR system: Epic
CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals
Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required
Active Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure required as both a Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist
ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required upon hire
Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be considered
