Full-time coverage with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum of 36 hours per week
Two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, every other week schedule may be honored
Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules running 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12 hours) and weeknights (8 hours); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends are welcome but not required
Supervised practice model within a Care Team Model with a 4:1 ratio and a 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department to support room turnover and supply management
Patient population is ages 12 and older
Tertiary/Level III hospital facility setting
EMR system: Epic
CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals
Specialized care procedures involved
Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure through the MN Board of Nursing required
ACLS/BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hire
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be considered
