Job Details:
Provide anesthesia services at a Level 1 Trauma Center
Work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling: 9A-9P, 7PM-7AM, 3PM-11PM, or 14-16 hour shifts
Preferred schedule of 3x12 hours but can mix and match to reach 40 hours for full-time
Guaranteed work week of 36-38 hours
Must handle diverse case mix including General, Ortho, ENT, Neuro (including craniotomies), Level 1 Trauma, Thoracic, Cardiac-Open heart, Vascular, Urology, Transplants, EP, GI, and Healthy Pediatrics (10+ months)
Work under medical direction model with 1:3 care team ratio
Use Epic electronic medical records system
Minimum 2+ years CRNA experience required
Must have 5 years of experience to be considered
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Must obtain PA license (will not accept RN compact license)
Minimum commitment of 2 days per week or 2 weeks per month
45-60 day credentialing timeframe
