Job Details:

• Provide top-notch clinical care in a hospital-based setting

• Perform a broad scope of anesthesia practice including spinals independently
• 
  
• Work within a care team model in close collaboration with attending physicians
• 
  
• Cover extended shifts Monday through Friday
• 
  
• Optional on-call availability
• 
  
• Begin with straightforward cases with progression to more complex cases over time
• 
  
• Provide anesthesia services across operating rooms, endoscopy, interventional radiology, gamma knife, MRI, CT, and obstetrics
• 
  
• Charting and documentation completed via EMR (iPad-based system)
• 
  
• Patient population: Adult
• 
  
• Board Certification required
• 
  
• Current state medical license or ability to obtain licensure required
• 
  
• Degree from an accredited training program required

Facility:

This facility is a 300-bed hospital offering a wide variety of clinical services, including a cancer institute and a neuroscience and gamma knife center. The main operating room complex features 16 operating rooms, with additional anesthesia coverage provided in endoscopy, interventional radiology, gamma knife, MRI, CT, and obstetrics. The maternal and infant unit includes dedicated operating rooms for cesarean sections. The facility utilizes an iPad-based electronic medical record system, with thorough onboarding and training provided to new staff.
