Schedule:

• Baylor weekdays - work in house Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• On call from home Monday - Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Getting paid for 40 hours

Full-Time Sign on Bonus: $100,000; relocation bonus available

Location: Huntersville Medical Center - Huntersville, NC

• Award winning 151 bed hospital in Huntersville, a family-friendly town in the Lake Norman area.

Practice:

• CRNA team covers a variety of cases in 9 ORs including general, ortho, obgyn, plastics, robotics.
• No hearts/heads.

As a CRNA at Novant Healths Huntersville Medical Center, youll be trusted to deliver expert, independent anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures and patient needs. What Youll Do

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations
• Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
• Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
• Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia
• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy)
• Strong decision-making and clinical judgment
• Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations
• New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided

Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment.

• Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age.
• Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians.
